02The ritual
A discipline
of small mornings.
Nestika is designed for a repeatable, unhurried practice. Six minutes. One bottle. A door closed against the day.
01The morning
Six minutes, start to close.
- 01
The night before
Move a bottle from cupboard to fridge. Nestika prefers to arrive at your morning already cool.
- 02
First minute
Take the bottle before your first meal — coffee, tea, or otherwise. The stomach should be quiet.
- 03
Two minutes in
Pour into a small porcelain cup, or drink directly. Let the texture settle on the tongue.
- 04
Six minutes
Wait a beat before your next food. The nest asks for a small clearing to do its work.
Questions
Answered quietly,
without exaggeration.
- Why 70ml?
- One serving is measured to deliver approximately 2.5g of edible bird's nest — the traditional daily dosage described in Malaysian Chinese wellness practice.
- Chilled or warm?
- Chilled is our house preference — it preserves the silken texture of the nest. Gentle warming under running warm water is fine; boiling water is not.
- Morning or evening?
- Traditionally, morning on an empty stomach. Evening works if that suits your day — the ritual is what matters, not the hour.
- Every day, or occasional?
- A small serving daily, taken consistently, is how the practice was designed. Occasional is fine; consistency is the discipline.
