How we ship

Every order is packed with insulated cold packs and dispatched chilled. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same working day.

• Standard · 2–3 working days. Complimentary on orders over RM 250.
• Chilled express · next working day. Klang Valley only.
• Singapore · 3–5 working days. Chilled courier.

Once it arrives

Refrigerate immediately at 2–8°C. Consume within 48 hours once opened.
